Notes on Filling Out Form:

We have organised the trip with Travelscope who are ABTA bonded.

You only need to fill out one form for everyone going in your group. Of course no need to go in a group, as there should be lots of people going that you already know.

Boxes to fill out:
(1) Name of your group, can just be your surname
(2) (3) (4) Your name, address and contact details
(5) Number of people in your group 
(6) Price is £109 based on two people sharing a twin room. Or £129 if each person in your group would like their own room (i.e., includes the £20 single supplement). 
(7) Fill out the payment amount your are enclosing, e.g. £10 deposit for each person. Make any cheques payable to 'Travelscope Holidays Ltd'. You can pay the balance up to 8 weeks before the trip, or pay the full amount now. 
(8) Sign and date the form

Return the form and payment to:

Other notes:

We are planning at least two coach pick points one in Bristol and one in Bath. We will decide the locations nearer the time based on the people coming on the trip.
